I honestly can't believe he is two months old already, time seriously flies when you have children. He has brought so much happiness to our lives. I am so excited for the future, watching him grow and learn. It's true what people say you know, you watch your child like they are the television, you can't keep your eyes off them. I am bad for that, I just look at him and my mind fills up with tons of thoughts, number one being: I can't believe I grew him for 9 months, he is so perfect.
It's not all happy moments though, the past couple days have been hard. Jordan has come down with 'man flu' (arguable, I think it's just a cold) and inevitably Sydney has developed it. He's been sneezing and coughing nonstop. Last night he was up every 2 hours which is very unlike him - he's normally up twice - He just wanted cuddles and after 10 to 15 minutes he was back asleep again. There's not much you can do for them at this age, you just have to let it pass.
The cold however never stopped us taking our 2 month pictures, the three above are my favourite of the bunch.
- The first one is just a picture of him sneezing but very apt for how he has been feeling the past couple days
- The middle one is him blowing bubbles which he has learned how to do over the past couple weeks and now doesn't stop!
- & the last one is when he dropped the card onto his face, he was holding it and then decided nah, not going to do that anymore.
The next stop for us is to get this little guy to baby classes, I've looked up some of them around us online and think now is the time to start since he is taking a lot more in and not just lying still anymore. Also will be good for me to get out the house and socialise when Jordan goes to work.
